Please remember, communication is crucial to a healthy sales relationship. If you have second thoughts about an item after purchasing, please contact me as soon as possible to cancel the sale. If you have questions about the item, please do not buy it and then ask questions. ASK FIRST!
I can hold items for up to two weeks for you. Please do not purchase an item and then ask to pay later. First, ask me to hold the item for you. I feel this is fair.
Please let me know if you need an item expedited. In most cases, I ship priority mail (except international packages) but sometimes an item can be delayed in shipping.
If you would like insurance or signature confirmation added to any item, please request in notes to seller and I will send you a revised invoice.
When possible, most items ship priority mail. Any item over four pounds that is shipping internationally must ship Priority Mail International.
NOTE: In almost EVERY situation, items ship in recycled packaging.
Please email us to let us know what you are returning. Returns must be received within 7 days of the day it was delivered to you (10 days for international orders) in the same condition as when we sent the item. Shipping and return shipping is nonrefundable.
Returns received 7-14 days (10-20 days international) after the original delivery of your order will incur a 10% restocking fee. Returns received after 14 (20 international) days will be refused.
Before ordering be sure to check measurements closely. Shoes are measured from the inside, unless otherwise noted.
Please be aware that colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitors.
Be sure to read the condition of each item as all of our items are vintage and may show some signs of wear. If I notice any additional flaws not mentioned in listing, I will notify you beforehand and give you the chance to cancel the order or receive a discount on the item.
Remember, these items are vintage and unless they are in original packaging, there are bound to be a few scuffs, dings and/or stains. I am very conscientious about noting flaws so please read each description carefully and note the pictures. If, while packaging for sale, I find another flaw I will let you know and give you the opportunity to cancel the sale. Sometimes, I will offer a discount in these situations if you still want the item.
